This is a very beautiful painting! I never got the hang of working with oil paints, perhaps that is because I'm impatient and it seems to take forever and a year to dry! :-)

Haha, well it felt that way to me. I prefer watercolors, they dry mu faster, but it does take a long time to get mix a color the way you want it to look like. Scrap paper is always a good thing ;-) Oh, and I may be a little biased about oil paints, when I was cleaning my brushes in my art class, whatever you use to clean them with... I don't remember the name... anyways, some got splashed on my beautiful white shirt and stained it. It never came out, I had to throw out the shirt. It was a travesty. That shirt was so cute ;-)
